Description:
Framework agreement for supplying crew for a technical help desk and related services. The Helpdesk Infrastructure and Facilities (HIF) of Brussels Airport Company (BAC) manages the analysis, handling and follow -up of technical alarms and service applications with regard to Airport activa, facilities and systems that fall under the competence of BAC. The HIF also supports BAC Parking Management and BAC Customer Care during the night and weekend hours. Every year the HIF processes around 30,000 tickets based on alarms, calls, e-mails and direct Reports from employees (Front Office). The technical interventions often require immediate action and are performed by multidisciplinary employees (Field Office). These interventions are performed by the HIF and relate to a wide range of operational issues. The Hif Also takes care of the operational management of the issue of (fire) permits (Back Office). On average, around 1,400 (fire) permits are processed annually. All processes must be carried out in a customer -oriented way, with the necessary coordination with all parties involved as well as with an efficient Implementation of it. This assignment concerns a framework agreement for a duration of 3 years, twice extended for a period of 1 year each.
