2025-ON-11 - 1 This assignment concerns the provision of cloud-based hosting, management and support services for the existing IBM Power System (IBM i) environment of ITM. The services include making it available and keeping it operational of a PaaS platform, guaranteeing agreed service levels (uptime, response times, incident follow-up, backups and data recovery), as well as carrying out technical maintenance and monitoring. The contractor is responsible for continuity and performance of the environment on which various institutional applications run.
