It also supports Facility Management (FM - building operation and operating cost control) and the real estate service (infrastructure planning) of the infrastructure department of the Ministry of German-speaking community. The design office must know Belgian standards and laws to be able to carry out this mission. This is a fee contract concluded with a design office which assumes the tasks of the project owner (project promoter), acts as manager and participates in the development and coordination of TGA projects on behalf of the client.
