- The Nursing Department of the Saint-Luc University Clinics is looking for several partners for: • the management of temporary nursing, midwife and caregiver staff = POSITION 1 • The management of employment staff (nursing students) = POSITION 2 Given the difficultycurrently finding healthcare personnel, the CUSL wish to distribute the missions between several temporary agencies capable of providing this temporary staff. The partners' missions will be to respond to the requests addressed to them (short and medium term), to recruit andselect candidates, make them available, ensure monitoring and evaluation at the end of the service. They will also take care of contractual aspects, the necessary specific skills, remuneration and activity reporting. They will have to ensure that temporary workerss are in order to carry out their missions both in terms of legal requirements and those of the CUSL, particularly in terms of training. The expectations regarding the partners sought therefore go beyond the notion of simple presentation of nursing staff, midwives or caregivers.nt with a valid diploma and skills corresponding to the demand. Indeed, CUSLs expect a high quality service both in terms of responding to their needs and in terms of the level of staff who must take care of patients or carry out the missions entrusted to them.
