The purpose of this service contract is: - Annual maintenance of HVAC installations; The contract holder is responsible for carrying out the preventive and regulatory maintenance of all HVAC installations belonging to the municipal administration of Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications as well as the standards and regulations in force. This maintenance includes in particular the operations of checking, cleaning, adjustment, safety checks and proper functioning of the equipment. - Repair of HVAC installations (including replacement of parts if necessary); The service provider carries out repair interventions on HVAC installations in the event of a breakdown or malfunction, following an intervention request issued by the municipal administration. These interventions include diagnosing the fault, searching for the origin of the malfunction as well as carrying out the necessary repairs in order to restore the proper functioning of the installations as quickly as possible.
