- The contracting authority therefore wishes to proceed with the appointment of a consultant responsible for animating and feeding in proposals the Task Force Innovative models - Pole of reflection funding models the deliverables expected by the external consultant will be as follows: a) Establish a cadastre exhaustive of existing financing models for the reception of early childhood by distinguishing public, private and associative managers - in Wallonia and Brussels; - In Flanders, Italy, Portugal, Hungary and Scandinavia. We mean by funding model, the whole life cycle of Welcome, from investment in infrastructure to operating subsidies, including private funding.
