- The object of the market relates to the provision of services relating to the development of a global municipal development scheme in accordance with regional planning legislation, in particular articles D.II.9 and D.II.10 of the Territorial Development Code. The market is subdivided into 5 phases: • Phase 1: contextual analysis • Phase 2: Territorial strategy and adoption of the preliminary project • Phase 3: Report on environmental impacts The realization of the RIE will be entrusted to another project author • Phase 4: possible adaptation of the project following the recommendations of the RIE - Adoption of the SDC project - Publication - Public inquiry and opinions of the advisory bodies on the SDC project • Phase 5: Any adaptations of the SDC following the public inquiry and the opinions of the bodies consulted (final report and conclusions) - final adoption of the SDC and declaration environmental information specifying the content of the mission is detailed at point III. Description of the technical requirements of this specifications. As an indication and non -contractual, the period of execution for the realization of the final municipal development scheme is estimated to an approximate 6 -year duration for the full market execution according to a provisional schedule to be provided within the framework of this market.
