Description:
This service market relates to the control, maintenance and possible replacement of fire and emergency safety equipment installed for all types and brands combined, within the Wallonia Parliament. More specifically, the following services must be provided:- the establishment of a complete cadastre of fire and emergency safety equipment, by building; - the annual maintenance of all fire and emergency safety equipment (disadvantages, hydrants, fire extinguishers, rescue lights, defibrillators and automatic extinction systemkitchen) ; - control and verification of installations in accordance with applicable regulations and standards; - replacement of defective or obsolete equipment; - Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire and emergency safety equipment. Buildings of the Parliament ofWallonia being the subject of this market are as follows:-The Saint-Gilles building, located rue Notre-Dame, 1 to 5000 Namur; - The registry building, Sis Square Arthur Masson, 6 to 5012 Namur; - The St Nicolas building, located rue St Nicolas, 24 to 5012 Namur. 5 The extension of the parliament, located on the streetNotre-Dame 3, at 5000 Namur, is also concerned only with regard to defibrillators.
