Description:
The object of the market is the organization of the collection and treatment of dead animals (ATM) in agricultural producers and in hobbysts. Description of the services to be executed: the contracting authority (s) must: - implement the appropriate means in order to proceed to the removalfrom ATM to eligible beneficiaries who notify the death of these according to the prescribed methods; - Ensure the treatment of ATMs taken care of in strict compliance with the laws framing the activities of the installations and establishments concerned

ServicesExpected relate to the collection of ATMs on farmers, hobbysts and other explicitly identified beneficiaries on the one hand and on the other hand on the transport of these ATMs to the processing plant to which the contracting authority will have recourse 2 of this market

In view of articles 8 and 9 of Regulation (EC) n 1069/2009, the ATMs constitute animal by-products of categories 1 and 2.. The contractor for lot 1 not being required to organize differentiated tours on the basis of animal speculation, all the ATMs collected in Wallonia within the frameworkDu Lot 1 must be considered to be part of category 1. ATMs must therefore be treated in a installation (s) with the administrative permissions required for one or more of the processing options identified in article 12 of the Regulation (EC)n1069/2009...
