Service contract for the designation of a financial manager for the renewal or placement of the loans concluded by the SPABSB and for the management of the Treasury of the French Community Commission
The French Community Commission wishes to entrust the financial mission of managing the loans concluded by the SPABSB, with a view to re-financing the borrowings referred to in Article 1 (1) of the French Community Financing Loan Management Convention. November 1993 which expire. This management will be fully assured including in its practical arrangements by the designated service provider.
