- The distribution of the magazine to subscribers is planned for the 1st of the month of publication (March 2026 - June 2026 - September 2026 - December 2026). The updated subscriber database will be provided in excel format to the successful bidder in advance during each routing operation For each issue, the following operations must be carried out: 1. Reception of magazines This mission requires having sufficient storage capacity to accommodate all of the magazine pallets in order to to ensure routing. 2. Sending to subscribers (1 copy per subscriber) - See point of attention This phase includes the following operational tasks: - Addressing either by affixing a label with mention of the subscriber's address on each copy of the magazine either by direct printing of the subscriber's address on the cover or the 4th cover of each copy of the magazine. - Packaging of magazines by postal sorting sector. - Deposit of magazines in a sorting center BPost. 3. Sending parcels This phase includes the following operational tasks: - Packaging and addressing of parcels of several copies (variable quantity - see table below) - Transport of these parcels to a BPost sorting center.
