The domain selected for the 2024 Proof-of-Concept under HEDI is the Digital domain with a specific focus the exploration of the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modelling and simulation (M&S) enabled wargaming (WG). M&S-enabled WG provides significant advantages to military end-users by creating realistic and controlled environments in which to test and refine strategies without the risks and costs associated with live training exercises.
