The market relates to the conclusion of a framework agreement (art. 43 of the law of June 17, 2016) whose maintenance and repair of the urban video surveillance system for the Mouscron police zone.
The Mouscron police zone has signed For several years in the establishment of an urban video surveillance network (VSU) aimed at ensuring the security of public spaces and supporting the police in the fight against delinquency, while respecting the privacy of citizens.
The video surveillance network of the Mouscron police zone has been gradually set up on certain areas and sites and is based on a robust technical infrastructure consisting of an operational video surveillance network of 238 cameras.
The subject of this framework agreement is the maintenance in working order (via Maintenance and repairs) of this video surveillance system.
By maintenance and repair of the video surveillance system, preventive maintenance, evolutionary maintenance (licenses) and curative maintenance should be heard (repair of defective elements).
