Description:
The Walhorn school is located at Dorfstrasse 22 in 4711 Walhorn. This mission consists of a project to develop under-roof spaces above existing classes and above premises dedicated to the Management. This work aims to create new classes and premises forr activities in speech therapy, remediation, religion, morality, etc. The existing structure does not necessarily have to be maintained. A modification of the existing roof structure as well as an elevation can be considered. Consideration should also be given to improving subscriptions.existing rds. The description of the mission as well as the programming are included in Chapter III. The Project Owner will be particularly attentive to the rational use of energy and the use of environmentally friendly materials. Intermediate construction solutionsmanufactured could be considered, so as to compensate for the impact of the construction site on the life of the school whose activity must be maintained. This is a contract with firm and conditional installments: - Tranche No. 1 (firm) - adjoining the complete mission of project author (study) with a view to thesigning of a company for the execution of the work.
