Description:
The purpose of this contract is to implement an optimal parking management policy, that is to say one that is efficient, effective and effective, by prioritizing the following four objectives:
- Streamline traffic by improving parking rotation in the city center from Tubize;
- Encourage multimodality (i.e. promote other types of transport in terms of alternative solutions for the benefit of citizens according to their budget or ideological values) and with a view to increasing the quality of life in the city center;
