Description:
With a view to the opening in November 2026, the Kanal Foundation wants to close an assignment for the delivery of security services for its main building, including the public spaces, the museum spaces, but also the offices of its staff and the outbuildings.
The contracting authority has At least need:
Operational coordinator:
-Team management;
-Operational management;
-Planning and supervision of daily tasks;
-posting coverage;
-management of the applications for tasks and additional employees;
-Creation of Kanal procedures for the security service
-First contact with customers
It COS (Center des Operations de Securite et Surete, center of safety and security operations):
-Management of fire alarms;
-Management of emergency calls (dispatching);
-management of burglary alarms;
-Management of the Badges system and supervision of the entrances;
-Management of technical alarms;
-S at the locations with camera system;
-Coordination with civil servants for special assignments;
-reporting of incidents and daily assignments.
Safety Guards:
-Medical interventions;
-Interventions (alarm verifications and actions) on the fire alarm;
-Supporting the maintenance service during the audit of installations;
-Interventions (Safety Service Support) on request;
-Control rounds on the installations.
Site security agents:
-Supervision at the locations;
-Management of access to the sites and museum spaces;
