Description:
The purpose of this file is to award a contract for the provision of security and reception services to protect the Fluvius buildings and grounds 24/7 against fire, burglary and unauthorized access. There is also the need for smooth and safe access and a professional welcome.For security services, this file applies to all non-grid-connected buildings (campuses, regional offices, customer offices and collection points, including DC Lokeren). For reception services, this applies to some campuses, currently Melle and Mechelen. Depending on the needs of Fluvius, these services can also be requested for events or possibly expanded to other Fluvius locations in the future. This involves carrying out the following tasks: • For 24/24 security: o static surveillance (permanent surveillance at the technical desk) with anexpand range of tasks such as printers, winter service, etc.; o security agents on site; o preventive mobile surveillance (man surveillance for interventions after alarm); o patrol services; (similar to above); o ad hoc calling of security officers based on necessity (e.g. at events, entranceg / exit control, threat situations,..); o temporary hardware and software where a link with a control room is required and which cannot be immediately realized via the Fluvius control room. • For reception: o reception/reception services (reception staff) with an extensive range of tasks including...
