Description:
VRT is looking for a partner for conducting the reach investigation. With this research, the VRT wants to get a picture of its total (integrated) reach at the Flemish media user, of the total (integrated) reach of its various brands and platforms, and its information offer. VRT wants this information for all relevant target groups as described later. The management agreement that concludes the VRT with the Flemish government (both the current, with 2021-2025 and the coming, with the coming time 2026-2030), the VRT sets a number of objectives on reach. It's about A general reach objective at 12+ for VRT in its entirety and for the total of its information offer on the various platforms (Radio, TV, Online and Social Media). In addition, there are also objectives at the level of the following target groups: MAN, female, 12-24, 25-44, 45-64, 65+, Non-hoger educated, higher educated people and people with foreign origin. There are also various reach objectives internally that VRT has to get with certain platforms and/or brands from one or more of the above target groups. VRT wants to go through a survey, twice a year (one measurement in Spring and one measurement in the fall) report on achieving the above objectives.
