Just as in the previous management agreement (2021-2025) with the Flemish government, the following management agreement (2026-2030) also pays attention to the VRT diversity policy. In the past, the VRT worked with target figures with regard to the presence of women, personsWith a handicap and new Flemish people at VRT television. It is expected that such target figures will also be imposed in the following management agreement. The BHO 2021-2025 contained the following performance measures on diversity: KPI 10.
