• Purpose of the contract Works contract aimed at extending the nursery school at the Linthout complex. Location of work School 13 - Athénée Fernand Blum - Roodebeek section - Avenue de Roodebeek 107 to 109 to 1030 Brussels Important note The project is registered in the ‘Linthout- school complex. The project aims to build an extension to school 13 in order to accommodate the kindergarten classes which are currently located inside the school complex. This extension will be built on two plots, one unbuilt and the other including an investment building to be demolished. This building to be demolished is located at n°109 avenue de Roodebeek. The new building will consist of a ground +4 volume with a level of cellars. It will include two reception classes, a room nap time, nursery classes, a room for teachers and parents, as well as technical rooms and toilets associated with these functions. The new building is adjacent to the school which is classified and which is the work of the architect Henri Jacobs. A passage is planned between the new construction and an existing class of the classified volume on the 1st floor. Part of the listed enclosure wall will have to be demolished, and a bay will have to be drilled into the said wall. The forecourt, also classified, is redevelop using partly existing materials.
