- The Adjudicating Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for educational support for students with disabilities, relating to higher education and adult education. Educational support can be provided • either at school: Haute Ecole Provinciale de Hainaut-Condorcet on its various locations (11 locations) or provincial adult education establishments • or at the home of the student concerned (located in Hennuyer territory). For each lot, a maximum of 10 successful candidates will be designated in an order defined according to the best quotations awarded to regular offers (following the award criteria in the specifications); the first competent beneficiary in the matter will be contacted for the need for support and, in the event that it is impossible to respond to the request or does not does not respond to the request within the set deadlines, the second successful bidder will be contacted and, in the event that the second successful bidder is unable to respond to the request or does not respond to the request within the set deadlines, the third successful bidder will be contacted, and so on. In order to define whether a successful bidder is competent in the desired matter, he will complete in Appendix C of these specifications, all the matters in which he can provide assistance.
