The purpose of this contract is to analyze the condition of the Church Factory buildings, estimate the work and prioritize the interventions to be carried out for the following churches: • Saint-Maurice Church, in Bleret • Saint-Denis Church, in Oleye • Saint-Lambert Church, in Bettincourt • Church Saint-Vincent, in Bovenistier • Saint-Sebastien Church in Lantremange • Notre-Dame du Tumulus Church in Waremme It is specified that the Saint-Pierre Church in Waremme and the Saint-Denys Church in Grand-Axhe already have a health status. This can serve as a basis for work within the framework of this assignment. The purpose of this market is therefore also to update the state of the churches identified below: • Saint-Denys Church, in Grand-Axhe • Saint-Pierre Church, in Waremme • Lonchamps Church The market concerns all churches, and is not divided into lots. The mission will consist of the writing of an individual report for each church, including a detailed description of the structure of the building; a precise and detailed identification of the disorders observed; a list and prioritization of the interventions to be planned, the estimated cost of any studies additional information to be carried out before the intervention; a budget estimate for the implementation of the intervention as well as any useful remarks concerning possible specific constraints (e.g.: scarcity or difficulty in supplying the necessary materials, deadlines of execution...
