Description:
IOK Afvalbeheer and IVAREM jointly own the mechanical-biological separation plant (MBS) in Geel.
The authorities involved wish to implement a procedure for the purchase of ferrous and non-ferrous metals on demand, including the delivery of at least 2 storage containers (of 35 m³) perflow for manipulation and storage and disposal of the relevant partial flow on the MBS site. See Paragraph III.2.
The containers remain the property of the contractor.
The assignment is concluded for a period of 2 years from the day after the conclusion of the assignment with twoextension option for 1 year at a time, after explicit and written order by the client no later than 3 months before the expiry of the relevant period. The maximum term is 4 years.
The contract is divided into 2 lots:
