Description:
ILVA is planning the total redesign / renovation of the industrial building complex located at Industrielaan 18 in 9320 Aalst. This total area of the structure is (more) more than 500 m². The estimate of the building cost (excl. VAT and fees design and study) is 18.1 million euros. The total redesign / renovation therefore concerns a temporary or mobile construction site as referred to in Section III of the Royal Decree of 25 January 2001 on the temporary or mobile construction sites. A coordination structure, as referred to in Article 37 of this Royal Decree, will therefore be required. The "Bureau Partners" (Jubileelaan 63-65 - 9000 Ghent) was recently appointed. This public contract now concerns the appointment of a safety coordinator (level A), both with regard to the coordination of the design of the structure and with regard to the coordination of the realization.
