This service contract concluded in the form of a framework agreement concerns: the Safety and Health coordination mission as provided for by the law of August 4, 1996 relating to the well-being of workers during the execution of their work and its subsequent modifications as well as by the royal decree of January 25, 2001, as amended, concerning temporary or mobile construction sites, for various road works contracts in the Brussels-Capital Region. Pour cette mission, l'adjudicataire est responsible for the roles of project coordinator and implementation coordinator, such as those covered by legislation and regulations. These coordinators will be A level.
