Comment: The market for the renovation of the roads of the Gembloux campus provides for a series of work including scraping, asphalt and coating of the surfaces concerned. These interventions may be supplemented by the replacement of linear elements, the repair of the avallitals and Trapillons, as well as by upgrading and rehabilitation of drainage (sandstone or other). The market is structured in two distinct slices: • A first firm tranche, which encompasses a set of clearly defined work and which will be carried out in a certainty. • A second Conditional tranche, the execution of which will depend on the internal decisions linked to the final budget allocated to the renovation of the roads. This tranche can be activated in its entirety or not be activated at all, depending on the financial resources available. The decision -making decision From this tranche should be taken at the latest in March 2026. All interventions will concern several areas of the campus, which are detailed and represented on the plans annexed to the market.
