This project is a works contract which includes the execution of scraping-laying work with occasional intervention up to the foundation. It also includes the replacement of trapdoors, cleats, drains and new markings if necessary, roads in the North left bank zone at 4000 Liège, at Ronds-Points Xhovémont, Victor Hugo and allée des Abesses, rue des Glacis, Adolphe Borgnet and place Jules Seeliger and, the where applicable, rue Emile Gérard, des Armuriers, des Neuves-Brassines and du Fort de Loncin as well as rue Henri Nottet.
