- SOF-MI-O8.08.01-26-190 - 1 Each of the contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract whose purpose is the brushing and cleaning of roads in the network of the Roads Directorate of Namur, District of Ciney. The services are carried out on roads belonging to network I which are described in appendix 2 of these special specifications as well as on roads in network II. The services are preventive, conditional and curative maintenance (see glossary). The services concern in particular: 1/ Preventive maintenance - Brushing: o Cleaning of non-traffic areas (parking areas, BAU, bumper strips, etc. o Cleaning of linear elements o Cleaning of cycle paths adjacent to the roadway or not - Cleaning: o Cleaning drains or catch basins (on roads and engineering structures) o Cleaning of lined and unlined ditches - Leveling of medians not contiguous to a linear element 2/ Conditional maintenance - Cleaning of closed section pipes (various sections) - Clearing of covering edges (edging) - Leveling of medians adjoining a linear element 3/ Curative maintenance - Use of a sweeper-vacuum cleaner, of a brushing truck - Use of a suction-cleaner - Ditch jigs A visit to the locations can be arranged before submission of tenders through contact with the district.
