- Purpose of the work: Maintenance of roads and sidewalks (one-off repairs) 2025-2026 Place of execution: Municipality of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe, Avenue du Roi Albert, 33 at 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe List of municipal roads. These are all roads located in the territory of the municipality of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe with the exception of: - Chaussée de Gand - Chaussée de Zellik - Avenue Charles-Quint - Avenue Josse Goffin - Avenue de l'Hôpital Français The contract includes all the work necessary to road maintenance. The work concerns one-off interventions on sidewalks as well as interventions on both asphalt and natural stone paving. The company includes all the work, supplies, transport, labor and means of execution for a complete and impeccable renovation, nothing omitted or excepted. The work to be carried out within the framework of the contract is not precisely known at the time of drafting the special specifications.
