- The current call center environment of the city and the police needs to be replaced. We are looking for a solution in a SaaS model that is redundantly developed to deal with disruptions and also guarantees operation during upgrades or planned works. During incidents, full capacity en functionality remains available. During planned works, the functionality must be available unchanged, but a temporary capacity reduction can be implemented. The assignment concerns a framework agreement in which, if necessary, additional implementations can be orderedbe ordered.
