- The City of Antwerp, through Visit Antwerp, wishes to acquire a new digital solution for the management, sale and use of the Antwerp City Pass (ACP) — a tourist product that allows visitors to stay at a fixed price for 24, 48 or 72 hours of access to museums, sights and public transport, supplemented with discounts from tourist partners. Since 2023, the City Pass has been completely digital and is sold via counters and the Visit Antwerp website. The current supplier the support of the ACP will stop after the term of the current contract. This creates an urgent need for the selection and implementation of a new platform that guarantees the continuity, scalability and user-friendliness of the City Pass. The The assignment aims to purchase a (standard) product and its implementation and support.
