- The subject of the assignment is the financial support and advice in terms of area and real estate development through at least: - Process guidance; - Financial scenario research, to consider on the one hand variants in terms of distribution of costs and benefits between parties and on the other hand variants in terms of ancillary program; - Proposal for real estate structuring decisions for distribution costs and benefits and co -portrayed by land position in the project area, the desire to realize program for own use, and thereby negotiating business and usage rights between the parties themselves; and possibly three optional assignment areas: - Proposal of strategies for future real estate transactions to third parties (eg sale under certain conditions, leaseholds, CLTs, rental models ...); - Format cash flow model i.f.v. Realization area development; - Additional support at the request of the parties for today unprecedented but clearly defined issues during the duration of the assignment.
