PIO, the Flemish Energy Company (VEB) and Addestino invite you to the market consultation in the context of the Energy Saving project through smart building automation. This market consultation takes place in Brussels on 26 September from 1 pm to 5 pm. What? The Flemish energy company is investigating the Possibilities of smart building automation to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions of public buildings. We are looking for innovative solutions in which the existing individual systems with minimal interventions can be controlled as a whole. In the first instance this will happen Via a number of pilot projects in various building types. The aim of the pilot project is to demonstrate that a building management system (GBS) effectively contributes to the reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions, whereby it is possible to perform performance, effectiveness, user-friendliness and costs to evaluate. By using existing infrastructure and additional sensors and actuators, the VEB wants to gain insight into the actual impact of smart automation on energy consumption and CO2 emissions, and thus lay the foundation for scalable solutions within public sector. During the market consultation we want to "match" the needs from VEB with (sub) solutions available on the market.
