- The National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (INAMI/RIZIV/NIHDI) wants to select a modern and scalable identity and access management (IAM) solution to replace the current Quest One Identity Manager system. The new solution must support the specific organizational structure of the Institute, integrate with existing source systems (HR, access management, low-code platforms, asset management/CMDB) and be fully compliant with the GDPR and the NIS 2 directive. The project includes: Support for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes Automated provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts Role-based access control (RBAC) with management delegated by the ICT coordinators of each operational unit Integration with HR systems, Active Directory, email notifications and asset management Multilingual user portal (NL/FR/DE/EN) Extensive auditing, logging and compliance reporting Migration of existing roles and users before the end of the contract current (November 2026) Flexible deployment (on-premises, cloud or hybrid) with data residency in the EU This request for information (RFI) is informative and non-binding and aims to consult the market and refine specifications définitives.
