• The city of Antwerp has a rich and diverse network of meeting places that together contribute to the vibrant cultural life of the city. These sites - ranging from cultural meeting centers and theaters to museums, heritage institutions, libraries, schools and sports halls - organize, facilitate and host a large number of activities every day for a broad and diverse audience. All these sites (tenants, customers) need a platform that supports them in their daily management activities and infrastructure at their different locations. This includes activities and space management, space rental, resource management, contact management, financial follow-up (including quotations and final settlement) and other reporting. Today, this management is fragmented, in different tools, resulting in different working methods. We are looking for a widely applicable, multi-site platform (where each site can include multiple locations) that centralizes these processes per site and encourages collaboration, while maintaining autonomy. Each site determines itself, depending on its needs, which main functionalities it uses. As a result, a site can choose to limit itself to, for example, just renting out space, while other sites purchase a broader set of functionalities.
