- This market is separated into two lots. Lot 1: Boiler room renovation: The final objective is obtaining a boiler room in accordance with this specifications and the regulations in force. This includes, among other things: • two new gas cascade condensing boilers; • a new production of domestic hot water, made up of a plate interchange and a accumulative tank; • The renovation of the hydraulic circuits (two mixing circuits in mixture and a charging circuit of the accumulative tank for the ECS); • the creation of a new hydraulic network in the cellar for a heating circuit and an ECS circuit in order to connect the boiler room to existing circuits; • Fumistry work; • The renovation of electricity and regulation; • The compliance of the boiler room; Lot 2: PV installation: The final objective is the obtaining of a photovoltaic installation on the south-south-east oriented roof, in accordance with this specifications and the regulations in force.
