- The object of the market relates to the provision of services relating to the total revision of the municipal development scheme in accordance with the legislation relating to regional planning, in particular articles D.II.9 and D.II.10/1 of the Territorial Development Code. A scheme of the procedure for the development of an SDC is taken up in the appendix. Description of the services to be executed: • Phase 1: Contextual analysis • Phase 2: establishment of the preliminary project • Phase 3: Report on environmental impact (this phase is the subject of a distinct public market) • Phase 4: Establishment of the municipal development plan project • Phase 5: establishment of the final development plan and environmental declaration.
