The present works relate to various architectural elements of the wing of the offices of the old mining site of Bois-du-Luc-namely: the glass gallery overlooking the workshops, the wooden joinery surmounting the gallery, the four interior counter-lanterns which surmount certain rooms with high heritage value as well as the integration of a motorized external sun blind. "Exceptional real estate heritage of Wallonia". Finally, it has also been taken up on the list of "World Heritage of Humanity" since 2012 with three other major Walloon mining sites.
