- The tenderer's attention is drawn to the specificities of the building. The "double -sided" building consists of a tutor and covered stands on one side and an outdoor theater on the other. It was built between 1908 and 1910 and was largely composed of reinforced concrete implemented according to the Hennebique system. In addition to the restoration of the classified elements of the building (coatings, carpentry, ironwork, etc.), the site also includes the restoration and the replacement of hollow glass bricks, a rare glass product. The building has been classified since November 27, 2015. This restoration is subsidy by Wallonia both through a framework agreement concluded between the city of Namur and Wallonia and through of a Walloon drawing right concerning the integrated city policy (PIV).
