- The tenderer's attention is drawn to the specifics of the building. The "double-sided" building consists of a terrace and covered stands on one side and an open-air theater on the other. It was built between 1908 and 1910 and is largely composed of reinforced concrete implemented saccording to the Hennebique system. In addition to the restoration of the listed elements of the building (coatings, joinery, ironwork, etc.), the site also includes the restoration and re-implementation of hollow glass bricks, a rare glass product. The building has been listed since November 27, 2015.This restoration is subsidized by Wallonia both through a framework agreement concluded between the City of Namur and Wallonia and through a Walloon drawing right concerning the Policy Integrated City (PIV).
