- The intermunicipal partnership for waste removal and processing in Bruges and Ommeland, hereinafter referred to as IVBO, requests information via this RFI from possible interested market parties about the technical possibilities and, among other things, their economic impact on Capex and OPEX for a replacement of an existing flue gas treatment of the Current waste energy center (AEC) due to a more efficient flue gas treatment system that must be able to be rolled out within a project scoop of the next 5 years.
