- This request for information (RFI) is an inquiry to collect more insights about Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) systems and related services. The aim of this RFI is to receive a maximum amount of information and feedback on a DLR system which can be used on HTLS conductors (high temperature low sag). The particularity of a HTLS conductor with respect to the sag is: •Below the knee point (40-50 °C), the sag does fluctuate with temperature (load). •Above the knee point, the sag fluctuates very little. Above the knee point, the only limiting parameter of the HTLS conductors at that moment then is the temperature itself to guarantee the mechanical resistance & properties of the conductor.
