Description:
This market whose contracting authority is the city of Mons, consists of the partial demolition of the old Aldi commercial building in Jemappes with an area of +/- 2090 m2 and located at 11, rue de l'Heaume, 7012 Jemappes. Figure 1: Aerial view of the building The work thus governed by the this special specifications will generally include: - the decontamination of the asbestos chimney; - the full demolition of facades No1 to No9; No13 and no14; - the partial demolition of the No12 facade up to a height of 1 m above the ground; - the full demolition of the roof; - the partial demolition of the frame and the metal frame; - the dismantling and conservation of part of the masonry elements along the No11 facade for subsequent reuse; - the establishment of the maintenance of existing concrete walls prefabricated.
