Description:
Through this assignment, the National Lottery wants to conclude a framework agreement for a maximum of four years for the (re)production of luminous and non-luminous facade advertisements and for carrying out interventions (installation, removal, maintenance, cleaning) on these facade advertisements, spread over the territory of Belgium.
This is a two-phase procedure. The examination and selection of the applications (the requests to participate) is based on the selection guideline (phase 1). I.e. that alone is your answer for FASE 1 (selection phase) must be submitted via the e-Procurement platform. Only the selected candidates will be invited to submit a quote (phase 2) via the e-Procurement platform.
