Description:
This public contract concerns a framework agreement for the replacement of existing lighting fixtures by energy-efficient LED luminaires on several campuses of Vitaz vzw and on the various residential care centers that are part of the Samen Ouder vzw. The assignment includes both delivery and the Placement of the luminaires, including the removal of the existing luminaires and the correct removal of all waste materials. In concrete Assignment: - The delivery of LED fixtures (built -in and surface) - The installation and commitment of these luminaires (including Setting Driver for stated number of Luxv de Ruimte) - Disassemble and removing existing lighting - Coordinating the work with the services on site - Optional delivery and installation of motion sensors (HF and PIR) Taking into account the legal deadlines, the intention is to make the assigned assignment at the latest on 1/10/2025. The works must be fully worked out on 31/3/2026. The tenderer must take this into account and organize himself in such a way that the deadline can be met before the end of the works. Please also take into account that sometimes outside The normal working hours on weekdays will have to be worked and sometimes also on Saturday.
