Description:
The purpose of this market is the renovation of the zinc roof with a standing joint (lot 01) of the building N1A, located rue Louvrex n ° 14 to 4000 Liège, and the installation of a photovoltaic power plant (lot 02). For lot 01 (roof/ completion), the interventions mainly concern the dismantling of the existing complex, the placement of insulation, the implementation of an EPDM waterproofing membrane, the replacement and insulation of the cladding between the two levels of roofs and various interior completion works. For Lot 02 (photovoltaic power plant), the work concerns the study, complete dimensioning, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a photovoltaic power plant for a period of 10 years, this market also includes a firm commitment on the part of the contractor on the estimated electrical production for Lot 2. The power of the photovoltaic installation will have production of the installation on the site. Place of execution: Building N1A is located rue Louvrex n ° 14 to 4000 Liège
