Description:
This contract is a works contract aimed at the construction and installation of a new building with a wooden frame structure for the staff of the Recyparc de Viroinval. The services to be provided can be summarized as follows: • the installation on site of a temporary office construction time; including connection to electricity and telephone or provision of a rental office • the evacuation of the old office • the demolition/evacuation work of the existing slab • the emptying and evacuation work of the tanks which serve as a septic tank and bacterial filter; including the filling in with stabilized sand or lean concrete • the supply work and installation of a new micro-purification plant approved in the Walloon Region (5EH) • the earthworks and implementation of the new raft which will serve as foundations for the new building; including drainage and impetrants • the construction work of the new office itself; including all electrical and HVAC equipment • evacuation of the temporary office at the end of construction, once the new office is fully operational. The planned new building will meet the characteristics defined below.
