Description:
This market relates to the replacement of smoke outlets from the refinery site (lot 1) and the replacement of the roofing of the Halles de Schaerbeek (Lot2). The fumes of the refinery have been dysfunction for a few years, a first PNSPP market had been launched in 2021 but no contractor had given award. According to companies contacted, the market was not precise enough and companies did not know what technical solutions to bring. We therefore relate the market after contacting several suppliers and defined adequate equipment and accessories. In addition, we have also planned to repair the ceilings that have been damaged by the leaks caused by the poor waterproofing of the Pubs. In addition, jointly at the refinery market, we will replace the waterproofing of the platform of the Fronton of the Halles of Schaerbeek. Indeed, the poor condition of this roof has involved many leaks for a few years, and many occasional repairs have already been carried out.
