Description:
This market concerns the replacement of curtain walls and exterior joinery of the G020 building (phytotechnie farm) located on the Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech campus. The planned interventions include: • the complete replacement of two facades in a ride wall, including openings, Outdoor doors, as well as an integrated smoke extraction chassis; • replacement of four isolated exterior doors and a fixed chassis on a side facade; • The realization of the interior finishes, the fittings with the elements of structural work and partitioning, as well as the interfaces with existing technical systems. The objective is to remedy the advanced state of degradation of the existing facades, ensuring technical, architectural and energy compliance, with strengthening thermal, acoustic and sealing of the building envelope. Two required options, for which tenderers are required to give a price, are also provided for as part of the market: • Option 1: installation of fixed sun breeze on the west facade (most exposed to the sun); • Option 2: Complementary installation of sunshine on the eastern facade. These Options can be activated independently, according to technical and budgetary choices.
