The assignment consists of:- "Replacement of fireplace in day center" Explanation: the existing boilers in the "day center" are disconnected and removed. Instead, two new small boilers will be provided in the heating room. A new fireplace is being put on for this and the head collector is connected. The two old pumps are also renewed. The boilers are separated by a record heat exchanger, thus a secondary and primary circuit is obtained. The entire electric sign HVAC and the control must be completely renewed. In the substation in the "Broederhuis" building, the bulb shut -off faucets and pumps are also replaced. Here too, the HVAC board and the control must be renewed. Instead, a new air group with a heat wheel and hot water battery will be provided. Externally, a cooling battery will be provided on DX for the cooling of the pulse air in the summer.
